Shipping policy
The method of delivery will vary depending upon the type of product(s) purchased. The method of shipping and price will be calculated at the checkout.
Postage
Smaller items (clothing and accessories) are shipped free of charge for orders £30 and over.
These items will be shipped by either Royal Mail or DHL to all parts of the UK. The price for shipping offered at the checkout will be based upon the size and weight of the items purchased.
We aim to dispatch items within 48 hours and this will be confirmed by email with tracking information included, if appropriate.
Local pick up
For all items we offer the option to collect your order from our Warehouse Shop in Exeter.
We aim to have your order ready to collect within 24 hours, but you will receive a confirmation email as soon as it is ready.

Local delivery
For large items, such as furniture and white goods, we offer a local delivery service within a 25 mile radius of our warehouse in Marsh Barton, Exeter.
Deliveries will be made by our fleet of Hospiscare vans.

Live ouside of our area?
If you live beyond our delivery service area you are welcome to:
- Organise a carrier to collect your item(s) on your behalf, in which case, please select Local pick up at the checkout and ensure your carrier has the order details
- Contact us to quote for a delivery which is beyond 25 miles of our warehouse
